Lawyerland
Filmmaker John Walter (How to Draw a Bunny) is teaming with Mr. Mudd on an adaptation of Lawrence Joseph's novel LAWYERLAND, which Walter will write and direct. Lawyerland is a work of fiction chronicling downtown Manhattan lawyers in the late 1990's from every segment of the legal world, where the undertow of greed is constantly threatening to overtake both the law and the lawyer. The film, developed in association with United Artists, promises fresh insight into the highly popular genre.
